CANCELLATION POLICY
If you are unable to attend your appointment we ask you please
contact the salon as soon as possible.
Any appointment cancelled/rescheduled/missed less than 48 Hours will result in a 50% cancellation fee of your appointment booking.

COLOUR APPOINTMENTS & SKIN TESTS​
We ask that to all new clients they have a colour consultation & skin test within 48hrs before their appointment. This is to allow your stylist to discuss your colour service with yourself & if you require any extra time to your service. Frustrating as it may be a skin test must be done 48hrs before any colour service as recommended by WELLA & for insurance purposes.

COLOUR PRICING​​​
All colours created at Zoo are bespoke and tailored to you, this includes the amount of colour used or the time it takes for the service. Due to this all colour prices are a guide only. Please note all prices are 'FROM', as there may be an additional charge for extra colour & time used by the stylist. This is why we recommend a consultation so you & your chosen stylist are able to discuss this, and a guide quote can be given.
